Showing up is half the battle but when you show up, show with EXCELLENCE this is the difference maker!!

It the  first of March and I am already having to deal with the many challenges that vie for my peace.  This week I have a frivolous court case that I have to fight.  It involves  people not honoring a contract.  What makes this even more interesting is that we were such good friends.  So what happen well we agreed on a lease to own agreement and they decided a couple of years into it they don't want to do this anymore.  Simply put "We don't have a lease agreement in place" were their words.  I was baffled because I am looking at the signed document as well as the many checks and online transfers saying 'LEASE TO OWN', not to mention emails.  I love what Myron Golden says "Contracts are created when there is a lack of trust between parties" It's great that we have something sign by our former friends.   So Today I can choose to be angry, frustrated and bitter but I have chosen to be kind to myself and stay in an atmosphere of PEACE.  I am thinking beyond my conditions and circumstances and creating the lift I desire.  My encouragement to you is  to use these 8 Tips and do the same!!
